FAQs
Not knowing what to do next is exhausting. Our FAQs cut through the noise, what’s lawful, how we work, realistic timelines, and clear pricing, so you can make a confident, informed decision in minutes. If your exact situation isn’t listed, we’ll guide you one-to-one, in confidence.
What does Kevlar actually do?
We investigate problems that need facts: relationship and co-habitation checks, nanny vetting, employee misconduct, background/due-diligence, asset and debtor tracing, surveillance (where lawful), digital evidence capture, and process serving.
Is everything you do legal?
Yes. We only work within UK law and industry best practice, no trespass, no hacking, no pretexting for bank/medical data, and strict data protection.
Will my case be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We operate on a need-to-know basis, use secure storage, and never disclose your case without your permission or a legal obligation.
How quickly can you start?
Often the same day for scoping and desk work; field deployment depends on location and risk planning. We’ll confirm a start window during your intake call.
Can you guarantee a result?
We guarantee professional effort and honest reporting, never a specific outcome. If something isn’t feasible or lawful, we’ll say so before you spend.
How much does it cost to contact you and explain my situation?
There is no cost for the initial consultation. When you contact us to explain your situation, our team will listen to your needs and provide an assessment free of charge.
How do I brief you for the best outcome?
Share the objective, locations, time windows, known routines, risks, deadlines, and any prior evidence. We’ll propose the most cost-effective, lawful plan and keep you updated as agreed.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Desk-based work can usually be paused with minimal charge before we start. Field deployments may require a notice period and/or a partial fee to cover booked team time and travel. We’ll spell this out in writing before you commit.
I'm owed a lot of money, will you ever we able to get it back for me?
Yes, we can assist in recovering the money owed to you. Our team has extensive experience in debt recovery, and we utilize various methods to prove both the debtor’s ability to pay (affordability) and their responsibility for the debt (culpability).
How long do you keep my data, and can I see it?
We retain case files for a defined period under UK data protection rules, then securely delete them. You can request access to your data or ask for early deletion where lawful.
